My experience from last year was that it was 90% dicks. However, I find around 99% of general human beings to be dicks so.. it was actually kinda a good ratio!

Shame I couldn't make it, sounds like it was an amazing weekend.
Re. "looking hardcore" - when I cut my mohawk off (was bored of it) and stopped wearing my leather jacket all the time it was pretty refreshing not to have random punks asking me about Mad Sin or whatever. Nice that they would say hi and stuff, but it was pretty annoying that people assume you like band x and y just because you look a certain way.

I had an amazing time on Saturday (was pretty pissed at least twice during that day). Good bands = nearly everyone on our stage, shout outs to Ergon, Hammers, Antares, Diet Pills, Rolo, BWP, Brontide Saw a bit of Telepathe but too drunk to really enjoy it, Liquid Liquid were MIND BLOWING, seriously, Chrome Hoof were well good, bits I saw of Banjo or Freakout and Cluster I enjoyed. Sound was so disappointing for Caribou and I was shattered so went home. Here's to next year! Oh yeah almost forgot someone told me I didn't look 'very hardcore'. Best thing I've ever heard basically. Glad to hear you had such a great time on Saturday! Sounds like there were some awesome bands. Shout out to Ergon, Hammers, Antares, Diet Pills, Rolo, BWP, and Brontide – they really rocked it. Bummed I missed Liquid Liquid and Chrome Hoof, they sound amazing! Here’s to next year being even better! |
