I had amazing poached eggs for breakfast. I love eggs. How do you do your poached eggs? I can never ever get mine right I actually had them in a B&B that morning, they were ace! Usually I cheat and use a ladel, I keep it submerged in water and drop the egg into it for like a minute before flicking it out. I'm not great at them either!

I'll give it a go with the ladel and some vinegar I did get shown an interesting method involving cling-film but you lose half your white trying to get it free from the bloody stuff!

Poached eggs can be the worst, i find they're either perfect, or a disaster!
Made a really nice stir fry in sweet chilli sauce yesterday, except aside from the usual garlic, chilli and soy i cheated and used a sweet chilli dipping sauce aswell. Turned out nicely though.
Also still churning out batches of ice tea, haven't found the perfect recipe yet, but i'm trying it with cranberry tomorrow. COULD work. May not.

I made macaroni cheese the other night, it was great. Always put in loads of leeks, and breadcrumbs on top. SO GOOD.

Went out and bought frozen spinach for the first time yesterday having seen the rave reviews on here. In a curry with leek and asparagus was a life changing experience. Thank you spinach heads!

yeah I've been told to try poaching eggs in cling wrap too. Apparently it's to do with the freshness of the eggs- if you buy your eggs chances are you will never be able to poach an egg well, because the stores don't actually get them until a week or so after they've been laid. Or so I've been told.
Baked vanilla cupcakes, topped them with lemon cream cheese icing. Tasty c:
