Trust me, I have learnt A LOT from that experience! When I phoned National Express who said they booked me on the next coach to Heathrow, naturally, I had no idea where that was. In my desperation to get to the show I pretty much just said "YES ANYTHING WILL DO".

When something like this happens again I will get an earlier coach just in case! Really gutted I couldn't hang out with people. In all honesty I tried getting the tube to Soho but couldn't find it on their tube map!?
