pretty epically buzzing about this, dont know anyone else who's going who isnt tbh. besides the top 2 bands. Gaza are a masterclass and Kvelertak are from norway and just sound dandy, think they'd satisfy a lot of holy roar listeners or at least i think

I might go along to the Plymouth show. I used to be pretty into Converge, not big on Kylesa, but I'm liking what I've heard of Gaza and Kvelertak.

Never listened to Kverlertak, but I'm looking forward to every band on this bill!
It's a shame they aren't bringing black breath over with them...

it's a shame they aren't bringing COALESCE This! I'm still gonna go though, I've only heard one Gaza song and didn't really feel it, but so many people reckon they're brilliant that I want to check them out live. Also I've never seen Converge.

Going to the Manchester one tommorow night. Don't really like what I heard about Kvelertak but willing to give em a go live. Gaza are the one I am most excited about. Not seen Converge in a long time but pretty excited about the Axe To Fall stuff.

converge was awesome this weekend. I denounced some setlists earlier in the week and now I'm completely eating my words. So loud and tight. Worms Will Feed live is insane.
Gaza, musically were awesome. tone was spot on and they surprised me by sounding so good, although the last couple of songs they played definitely veered towards Nu-Metal at times, which was a bit disconcerting. The vocalist has one hell of a set of lungs for such a small chap.
Kylesa were possibly the most boring band I've seen all year. So dull. Dunno if it's just not my thing, but I barely ever retreat to the bar mid-set like I did the other night.

What I saw of Kylesa was boring as balls. Ha. 'Small chap' - you didn't happen to read the thing on last.fm where someone called him a midget? Hilarious. I love Gaza more than ever. Most sinister band I've seen in a while now. Seconded. Kylesa just got completly boring. Been trying to like that band for ages. What am I missing? I see a lot of there shirts everywhere. They must be good. Right? Gaza where sweet. I can safely say that they obviously like Coalesce. Maybe a bit of tool in there as well. Converge in manchester was really good. Awesome setlist. Sound was a bit murky. Kurt kicked a fellas camera out of his hands and sent it sailing across the room and it is always funny watching security wrestle sweaty, shirtless chumps of the stage. Good gig.

Brighton was good, & I reckon Gaza were my band of the night in the end. Seriously low shit. Converge were rad too, good to finally see them.
I didn't hate Kylesa but wasn't hugely into them. I was really confused during their first song until I figured out that the melody one of the guitarists was playing sounded like A New Found Glory of all things. :Z
