Really dig suis la lune and also le pre je suis mort. Much love for raein as well, I guess I prefer the more 'melodic' screamo stuff. Probably not the right place to mention La Dispute, but I'm going to anyway.
Can anyone recommend any good stuff in the UK? Apart from what's on HR I've only really come across Kaddish and Battle Of Wolf 359. Would be nice to hear some stuff that's not from the continent..

Black Channels, check them out.
And to expand on the "etc, etc" I said in the last post.. I like these bands.. Neil Perry, Shikari, Welcome the Plague Year, pg.99, City of Caterpiller, the first June Paik LP, first Suis La Lune LP, Ampere to a certain extent even if almost every song they write sounds the same except for their first demo.. hmm, yeah that'll do me on the screamo front. I require no more than that.

On a more emo-note, one of my fave ever 'emo' releases is still the Rockets & Bluelights 10".

Shikari are amazing. It's just annoying that when I tell people I like them they automatically assume I'm talking "Enter Shikari"...

Do we have many Envy fans on here? Sinaloa, Sed Non Satiata, Hot Cross, Aussitot Mort... I may be straying a bit now but just trying to think of bands that haven't already been mentioned!

Envy are enjoyable. I just don't fancy listening to the same album over and over again so I stick to A Dead Sinking Story.
I never really liked any of those other bands you mentioned, although Hot Cross had one album I really liked and Sed Non Satiata had one song I used to really dig. I liked some Raein songs too, and they were killer live. Louise Cyphre on the other hand were not good live, but I always liked them on record a lot.

Aussitot Mort are amazing as well, don't know if I'd call them screamo but whatevss. And if Phoenix Bodies count I'll put them in my top 3 screamo bands too

Envy are incredible. My band Alenah was compared to Sed Not Satiata on a music blog (Natures With No Plagues) but I haven't really heard them. We were also compared with Mihai Edrisch... maybe you should check us out. alenah.bandcamp.com / www.myspace.com/alenahsweAlso;

Listening to Welcome the Plague Year right now.
Has anyone listened to the new Saddest Landscape record yet?
