I'm not usually one to shit on peoples music tastes, but stuff that like seriously begs belief as to why it exists.
Almost as bad as the brokencyde stuff around. Honestly, I just don't understand the appeal.

Has anybody seen that new channel on sky called lava? whos behind it? They seem to be showing a lot of unsigned British bands.
Wonder if we can get some of the holy roar bands on it....

Good to see Palehorse and Moloch mentioned. Palehorse where awesome 5/6/7 years ago with the double vocalists thing. But they are still good if not better now. "Habitual linestepper" was superb.
Lots of love for Diet Pills, Hammers, Divorce, Lavotchkin, Apes Fight Back, Jackels and loads more I keep forgetting.

Has anybody seen that new channel on sky called lava? whos behind it? They seem to be showing a lot of unsigned British bands. Wonder if we can get some of the holy roar bands on it.... My mate showed that channel to me the other day. It has a lot of pop punk/generic rock stuff every time I put it on. It's probably one of the best music channels at the moment though. |

i think Lava is probably the best channel now.. Kerrang! is usually over-played pop punk (which is alright sometimes  ) and Scuzz is mostly 'colour -by-numbers' metal |

Yeah that Blitz Kid band is awful. Another clear example of a forceful or bigwig manager getting a booking agent and pr person onboard via money or being mates with them and then some idiots at magazines etc paying attention (via alcoholic bribes probably).
Palehorse are great, but it just feels like such a shame that they don't have the drive/work ethic(?)/exposure that they did 5/6/7 years ago. But equally maybes its much better that they are doing it purely for their ownsakes and at their own pace....

Trencher put up a new song last month or in March. Its brutal. Not sure if they will release the new recordings or not though.....check the updates on their myspace.
